Design and Practice of Teaching Mode of Open Style Training Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校传统实训方式存在实训资源同时段的承载能力与大班教学方式不匹配、实训资源的整体利用率不高、实现能力目标的教学设计比较落后、学生实训成绩的评价方法不科学等问题。对实训课程根据"基于工作过程,以能力目标为核心,用项目驱动任务导向,体现学生主体"的职业教育教学改革新理念进行重新设计,通过对实训课程的教学计划、教学组织、教学方法及教学评价方式的调整与重构,建立一个满足高职教育要求的开放式实训教学模式。 Higher Vocational Colleges have many problems in traditional practice methods,such as the supporting capacity of practice resource for the same time does not match the teaching style in big classes.Practice resource is not used fully;the aim of teaching design for achieving ability is undeveloped;the evaluation methods of students' practice scores are unscientific.According to the new concept of the vocational reform in education and teaching,that is,"based on working process,at the core of ability aim,oriented by the missions driven by projects,showing students' predominant role".This paper redesigns practice courses and establishes an open style of teaching mode in practice which meets the requirements of vocational education,by making adjustments and reconstructing the teaching plans,teaching organizations,teaching methods and teaching evaluation ways in practice courses.
