复杂主动脉瘤血管腔内治疗的现状及展望

摘要 复杂主动脉瘤主要是指近肾腹主动脉瘤（juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms, JRAAA）和胸腹主动脉瘤（thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms, TAAA ）。开放性手术治疗复杂性主动脉瘤常常需要胸腹联合切口、腹腔干或肾上腹主动脉阻断和内脏动脉的显露，
