摘要 血管外科作为一门新兴学科，在微创手术方面，血管腔内治疗取得了可喜的发展。1912年，Carrel等第1次报道了血管腔内治疗的动物试验；1964年Dotter等第1次实施了股胴动脉血管成形术；
