浅析旅行社在旅游市场的经营战略管理

摘要 旅行社作为旅游行业中重要的因素,其发展状况直接关系到整个旅游市场的好坏与成败。面对当前旅游市场复杂的现状,旅行社的生存与发展已受到严重的影响。为此,旅行社为了自身规范健康的发展,为了促进整个旅游市场的稳定,应当从全局出发,结合自身的实际情况,坚持常规管理与战略管理并行的管理机制。 Travel agency as traveling profession in important factor, its development condition direct relation entire tourist market quality and success or failure. Facing the current tourAs the important factor in tourism industry, the development status of the travel agencies has directly related to the entire tourism market, while good or bad and the success or failure. Under current complicated situation of tourist market, the survival and development of travel agencies have already accepted grave:effect. To this purpose, for standard and healthy development of themselves and promoting the stability of entire tourist market, the travel agencies ought to proceed from the situation as a whole, combining with their own reality, to insist on the collateral mechanism system of routine management and strategy management.
