新自由话语对转型中国具有错综复杂的影响,有必要对其加以解读和反思。首先,新自由主义以原子式的、自利的个人主义作为其哲学基础,但这种哲学预设是不可靠的。其次,以新自由主义为内核的全球化主张是一种在全球范围内进行资源不平等分配的主张,进而需要予以反思和批判,同时这种主张又是一种主观的、有立场的话语,是可以予以辩论的。

The discourse of New Liberalism has great impact on the transformation of China,so it is necessary to rethink and retrospect the discourse.The atomistic and selfish individualism is the philosophy base of New Liberalism,but this philosophy presupposition is not reliable.Taking the new liberalism as its core,the globalization claims to distribute resourses inequally which is unfair,so we need to rethink and criticize it.This claim is also a subjective advocation and can be debated.
