摘要
目的探讨上皮性钙黏附素(epithilial-cadherin,E-cd)在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素-过氧化物酶连接法(S-P法)检测E-cd蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达。结果 E-cd蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达与卵巢癌临床分期、组织学分级、有无淋巴结转移及有无腹水密切相关(P<0.05),而与卵巢癌病理类型无关(P>0.05)。结论 E-cd蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌发生发展及转移密切相关,检测其表达情况对判断肿瘤的分化、临床进展有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate E-cadherin in epithelial ovarian cancer （EOC） and its relationship with the clinical histological features of EOC. Methods The E-cadherin expression in EOC was detected immunohistochemically. The pathological features were analyzed. Results The E-cadherin expression in EOC was related to the histological grade, FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis and ascites （P〈 0.05）,but not related to the histological type （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The E-cadherin expression is closely related to the malignant progression and metastasis of EOC, and detection of its the expression probably possesses clinical significance in the evaluation of its differentiation and tumor progression.
