摘要 预应力管道压浆质量的好坏直接影响到桥梁的使用寿命。以福建晋江市某大桥为例,着重介绍了用冲击回波法检测桥梁箱梁孔道灌浆质量的原理和方法。分析了压浆密实管道和无预应力管道两组冲击回波频谱图,对测点检测结果进行了对比。根据频谱图的分析结果可以管道内的压浆质量,判断孔中的密实情况。 Grouting quality of steel cable ducts in post-tensioned bridge directly affects the service life of the bridge.The detecting principle and method for grouting quality of per-stressed duct of bridge box girder were given by taking a railway bridge project in Jinjiang city as an example.Two groups of echo spectrogram which were observed respectively from the grouting dense pipeline and non-pre-stressed pipeline were analyzed,and the impact-echo signals from the measuring points and spectrum distributions were compared.According to the spectrum analysis results,the grouting quality in the tested pipelines can be predicted and the concrete density and voids can be judged clearly.
