摘要
目的探讨VIP模式对孕产妇及新生儿的影响。方法随机将2009年1~12月来我院分娩的孕妇分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用VIP模式,对照组采用普通模式。结果观察组无论从自然分娩率、剖宫产率、总产程、出血量、产褥感染率、早产儿发生率、新生儿窒息发生率、喂养不耐受率都与对照组有显著差异。结论 VIP服务模式所带来的全新服务理念以及由此形成的服务内容及方式较目前的普通模式更有利于孕产妇及新生儿的身心健康。
Objective To discuss the effect of VIP service mode on mothers and newborns. Methods Pregnant women (from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009) giving birth in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the observation group was given VIP service mode, the control group was given normal service mode. Results There were significant differences in the natural delivery rate, cesarean section rate,total duration of labor,blood loss,incidence of premature children, neonatal asphyxia and feeding intolerance rate between the two groups. Conclusion VIP service mode brings us a new service concept and the resulting content and manner of service are more conducive to maternal and newborn health than the current common mode.
