摘要
目的高血压患者维生素C治疗效果评价。方法 108例高血压患者分为治疗组和对照组各54例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服大剂量维生素C,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组随访疗效明显好于常规药物治疗的对照组,患者血压基本都能够稳定在120/80mmHg,患者的各种高血压症状均消失。结论大剂量维生素C有助于降低高血压。
Objective To evaluate the effect of vitamin C on hypertension. Methods The curative effect was compared between conventional drug treatment and additional large doses of vitamin C in 108 cases of hypertension. Results The vitamin C treatment group showed an obvious effect compared with the control group with conventional drugs, and in the vitamin C treatment group, the blood pressure was stable in 120/80mmHg and all hypertension symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Large dose of vitamin C has an antihypertensive effect.
