摘要
公务员考试录用制度是公务员制度的重要组成部分,它在为国家选拔优秀人才,维护社会公平正义等方面发挥了至关重要作用。但我国现行公务员考试录用制度仍存在缺乏公平性、科学性及社会认可度低等问题。
The examination system of public servants is one of the most important components in the public servants system,which plays a significant role in selecting excellent talent and upholding social justice in our country.However,there are some problems,such as the lack of fairness and scientific support as well as the low the acceptance of our society.
