视网膜电图明视负波反应在成人弱视中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对正常成人与弱视成人视网膜电图明视负波反应(phNR)对比分析,探讨phNR在弱视患者中的临床应用价值,从而进一步探讨弱视的发病机制。方法正常成人30眼,弱视成人30眼,分别在蓝色背景下红光刺激及白色背景下白光刺激进行明视负波反应检查,记录各种检查结果并分析。结果①弱视组蓝/红光刺激及白/白光刺激下phNR振幅均值均较正常组降低,其差异具有统计学意义;②弱视组phNR在蓝/红光刺激及白/白光刺激下潜伏期和正常组相似,其差异不具有统计学意义;③正常组phNR在白/白光刺激中的振幅均值较蓝-红光刺激光时降低,其差异具有统计学意义。结论①弱视患者phNR振幅降低,与正常组比较有显著性差异,提示成人弱视患者视网膜神经节细胞功能存在一定程度的抑制;②在蓝/红光刺激及白/白光刺激反应中的phNR振幅差异具有统计学意义,提示这两种刺激反应在相同参数下蓝/红光刺激比白/白光刺激更敏感。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of photopic negative response(phNR) in adult amblyopia and study the pathogenesis of ambliyopia by comparing the phNR in adult amblyopia palients with that in normal adults. Methods Thirty adult amblyopia eyes and 30 normal adult eyes received two kinds of stimulation phNR tests including red flashes on a blue background and white flashes on a white background, respectively. The results were analyzed. Results (~)The mean amplitude value in the amblyopia group by using two kinds of stimulation phNR was lower than that of the normal group, with a significant difference between the amblyopia group and the normal group. (2)There was no significant difference in the latencies between the amblyopia group and the normal group(3)There was a significant difference between red flashes on a blue background and white flashes on a white background in the normal group. Conclusion (1)Adult amblyopia retional ganglion cell function shows a certain degree of inhibition. (2) Red flashes on a blue background show the more sensitivity than white flashes on a white background.
