中药配合腹腔镜打孔术治疗难治型多囊卵巢综合征46例临床观察

Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Drilling Technique of Laparoscope for Refractory Polycystic Ovary Syndrome:Clinical Observation of 46 Cases

目的观察中药配合腹腔镜打孔术治疗难治型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法将46例经纯中药及CC治疗无效PCOS患者,给予中药配合腹腔镜打孔术。术后随访月经改善情况及观察其LH、FSH、T、LH/FSH的变化。结果其术后排卵率达82%,妊娠率达61.9%,流产率为7.6%,46例患者血LH、T、LH/FSH均明显改变,其临床疗效显著。结论中药配合腹腔镜打孔术是治疗难治型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的一种有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and drilling technique of laparoscope on refractory polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods Forty-six cases of PCOS that failed by using pure traditional Chinese medicine and CC treatment were treated by using laparoscopic drilling technique and traditional Chinese medicine. The improvement of menstrual cycle and the changes of LH, FSH, T and LH/FSH were observed by the postoperative follow-up. Results The postoperative ovulation rate was 82% , the pregnancy rate 61.9% and the abortion rate 7.6%, and LH, T and LH/FSH in 46 cases showed obvious changes, with a significant clinical effect. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with drilling technique of laparoscope is an effective measure for refractory PCOS.
