2型糖尿病患者护理干预前后生活质量对比研究

The Effect of Nursing Intervenes to 2 Type Diabetic Quality of Life

目的研究护理干预对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2008年1月～2010年1月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组接受系统的护理干预,对照组只接受普通护理。随访1年,观察两组患者1年后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化;采用生活质量综合评估问卷(GQOL1-74)和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)比较两组患者1年后的ADL评分情况及生活质量情况。结果 1年后,观察组患者血糖指标均低于对照组,而ADL评分和综合评估问卷得分明显高于对照组。结论护理干预可明显提高2型糖尿病患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervenes to 2 type diabetic quality of life. Methods All the patients were in my courtyard in 2008-2010.They were randomly allocated to observation group and the control group, 50 patients each group. The observation group accepted system＇s nursing intervention, the control group only accepted ordinary nursing. Maked a follow-up visit for 1 year, observed empty stomach blood sugar, 2h blood sugar, saccharification hemoglobin change of two groups of patients 1 year later after meal. Used the quality of life overall assessment questionnaire （GQOL1-74） and daily life energy meter （ADL）, compared the ADL scores of situation and quality of life situation （body function, psychological function, social function） of two groups of patients 1 year later. Results 1 year later, observation groups patients＇ empty stomach blood sugar, 2h blood sugar, the saccharification hemoglobin content were lower than the control group, but the ADL score and the overall assessment questionnaire score were higher than the control group obviously. Conclusion nursing intervention may improve 2 type diabetic＇s quality of life obviously, it is worth in clinical promoting.
