摘要
企业文化作为一个外面传进的价值概念,已经越来越为国人所认知。我国企业人不断学习、不断运用企业文化改善企业管理和企业内部建设,但总体上发展很不平衡,东部沿海企业好,西部和民营企业差,说得多,做得少,表面的多,深层的少。通过借鉴国内外的相关方法,针对我国企业文化的现状和存在问题进行分析,并提出相关的解决方案。
Corporate culture,as a value concept,is increasingly knowed for people.China's entrepreneurs keep on learning and use corporate culture to improve corporate governance and internal construction,but the whole development is very uneven,East coast business is good,the west and private enterprises is poor,talking much,dong llittie.shallowmuch deep little.With referencing method,analysing corporate culture problem,some improve methods are raised.
