创造性叛逆是文学传播与接受的一个基本规律。在英汉文学翻译中,译者、读者(在这里专指译文读者群)和译文的接受环境都存在不同程度的创造性叛逆。

Creative treason is the basic rule for literary communication and reception.Among the literary translation between English and Chinese,creative treason exists in mediator--translators（translators）,receptors（target-text readers here） and reception contexts.The manifestation of creative treason is based on the three points above.
