独立学院应用型人才培养探讨

A Discussion of Cultivating Applied Talents in Independent Colleges

独立学院作为我国民办高等教育的重要组成部分,近些年来得到了蓬勃发展。独立学院既不同于一般的公办普通高校,又区别于高职高专,对其定位一直较有争议。经过十年的发展磨合,大多数独立学院将自身定位于培养满足地方社会经济发展需要的、高素质的应用型人才,但是在人才培养过程中存在不少问题。要达成独立学院培养应用型人才的目标,必须妥善解决这些问题,依据经济发展和企业的需求,制订人才培养计划,打造"双师型"的教师队伍,加强实践教学,密切校企合作,调动学生学习自主性等,以培养既懂理论,又善于实践,能满足社会所需的的高级应用型人才。

In China,independent colleges are an important part of private higher education.They have been booming in recent years.Different from general public universities and colleges,the definition of Independent Colleges has been controversial.After a decade of development,most independent colleges have positioned themselves to cultivate high-quality applied talents,those meet the needs of local socio-economic development.But in the process of cultivating there are many problems,such as cultivation plan still needs adjustment, incomplete hardware facilities,teaching staff do not have the necessary skills,teaching isn＇t individualized for the independent college students.To reach the goal,we must properly solve these issues.According to the needs of economic development and enterprise,we need to develop cultivation plan,to build a double qualified teacher team,to strengthen practice education and school-enterprise cooperation;and our teaching must aim to the characteristics of the independent college students,in order to cultivate high-level applied talents who can meet the needs of society,with not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience.
