公务员招考制度非常重要,关系到公务员的"入口"。我国公务员招考制度的确立经历了漫长的过程,公务员考录制度实施以来,取得了巨大成绩,但仍存在待完善之处。国外发达国家公务员考录制度不断发展,对我们有借鉴意义,以此为基础提出了完善公务员招录制度的立法建议。

The system of admission civil servant by examination is very important,it relates to the entrance of civil servant.Anyhow the establishment of the system of admission civil servant by examination in our country took a long time.Since the adoption of civil service examination system,it has achieved tremendous successes,but there are still a lot of things to be improved.The civil service examination system in developed countries has been developed incessantly,we can use them for reference.On this basis,it brings forward some legislative proposals on the improvement of civil servant system.
