摘要
为克服传统分析方法在处理不确定系统方面的不足,将用极限改进的集对分析法(SPA)引入城市供水方案优选决策研究中,提出了基于集对分析的城市供水方案优选决策模型。在郑州市引黄供水方案优选决策中的应用结果表明:该模型计算过程直观、简便,通用性强,结果合理、精度高,在其他没有等级评价标准的复杂系统综优选决策问题中具有一定的应用价值。
In order to overcome the deficiency of the traditional analysis methods in dealing with uncertain system, a set pair analysis of enhanced limit was introduced into urban water supply optimization decision-making research, and the model of urban water supply project optimization decision- making based on set pair analysis was proposed. The model was applied in Zhengzhou Yellow River water supply optimization decision-making, and the results indicated that the model had intuitive calculation process, simple, versatility, reasonable results, high precision, so it had a certain application value in the complex system optimization decision-making issue which had no hierarchy of evaluation criteria.
