摘要
目的:探讨老年上消化道溃疡穿孔的诊治方法。方法:回顾分析本院2007年6月～2009年6月46例大于60岁的上消化道溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料。结果:治愈42例,死亡4例,非手术治疗5例,手术治疗41例,发生并发症16例,其中,手术组12例,非手术组4例。结论:老年上消化道穿孔死亡率及并发症发生率高,一经诊断,应及时充分准备手术治疗。
Objective：To evaluate the elderly diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcer perforation method.Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2007 to June 2009 46 cases over 60 years of cases of upper gastrointestinal ulcer clinical data.Results：42 cases were cured, 4 cases died, non-surgical treatment in 5 cases, 41 cases with surgical treatment.Complications occurred in 16 cases, including 12 cases of surgery, non-surgical group was 4 cases.Conclusion：The elderly upper gastrointestinal perforation rate of mortality and complications, a diagnosis, surgical treatment should be fully prepared in time.
