锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效分析

The curative effect analyze of collum chirurgicum humeri fracture by anatomy nickelclad internal fixation

目的:探讨锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析本院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组;观察组术后功能恢复的临床疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the locking compression plate fixation of surgical neck of humerus fractures.Methods：Retrospective analysis,analysis of hospital surgical neck fractures of the humerus treated clinical data, according to the observation group were divided into treatment and control group.Results：The operation time, blood loss, fracture healing time was significantly lower than the control group; observation group the clinical efficacy of postoperative functional recovery was better than the control group, P0.05, differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The locking compression plate fixation of surgical neck of humerus fractures better, worthy of clinical application.
