金黄色葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征临床分析

Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome analysis

目的:了解葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)的临床特点及治疗措施。方法:对本科收治的26例2～7岁小儿SSSS的临床表现、治疗措施及其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:全部患儿均存在口周放射状皲裂、皮肤红斑、表皮剥脱及皮肤触痛,尼克氏征阳性。应用头孢类抗生素及局部皮肤护理,3d后症状明显改善,5～7d内皮损基本消失,全部患者均痊愈出院。结论:及早应用抗生素,保护创面,避免继发感染是治疗的关键。

Objective：Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome （SSSS） the clinical features and treatment measures.Methods：26 patients treated in our hospital＇s children aged 2 to 7 years SSSS and the clinical efficacy of therapeutic measures were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All patients were there perioral radial chapped, skin rash, skin exfoliation and skin tenderness, Nick＇s sign positive.Antibiotics and local skin care, 3 days after the symptoms improved, 5 to 7 days within the lesions disappeared in all patients were discharged.Conclusion：Early use of antibiotics to protect the wound, to avoid secondary infection is the key to the treatment.
