摘要
目的:比较少次大剂量和多次小剂量放射敷贴治疗草莓状毛细血管瘤的疗效及皮肤晚期反应,评价其优劣。方法:2008年8月～2010年4月将本院收治的80例草莓状毛细血管瘤患儿随机等分成少次大剂量组和多次小剂量组进行90Sr-90Y敷贴治疗。结果:①少次大剂量组和多次小剂量组的有效率分别为90.0%、92.5%,复发率分别为10.0%、12.5%,两者比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②单次大剂量和多次小剂量放射组的皮肤晚期反应发生率分别为15.0%、17.5%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:少次大剂量和多次小剂量敷贴治疗草莓状毛细血管瘤的疗效及皮肤晚期反应差异均无统计学意义,少次大剂量90Sr-90Y敷贴治疗具有费用低、操作简便、患者就诊次数少等优点,值得在临床上推广。
Objective：To compare the few high-dose and multiple low-dose radiation treatment of strawberry hemangioma sticking the efficacy and late skin reaction to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages.Methods：From August 2008 to April 2010 in our hospital 80 cases of strawberry hemangioma in children were randomly divided into a small group of high-dose and multiple low-dose group 90Sr-90Y applicator treatment.Results：①Few high-dose group and a series of efficient and low dose groups were 90.0%, 92.5%, recurrence rates were 10.0%, 12.5%, no significant difference between them（P0.05）.②Single dose and multiple low-dose radiation group late skin reaction rates were 15.0%, 17.5%, no significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion：The less high-dose and multiple low-dose treatment of strawberry hemangioma sticking the efficacy and late skin reactions were not significantly different and less high-dose treatment of 90Sr-90Y applicator with low-cost, easy operation, patients and fewer clinic visits, it is in clinical practice.
