摘要
目的:探讨中药逍遥散加减治疗视神经炎的方法和疗效。方法:对67例,125眼视神经炎患者进行以逍遥散为主方结合自身具体情况加减的治疗,观察疗效。结果:治愈为102眼,有效为23眼,总有效率为100%。结论:逍遥散结合自身情况辨证论治对视神经炎的治疗,具有明显的效果。
Objective：To explore the method and effect of Xiaoyaosan which was traditional Chinese drug in treating optic neuritis.Methods：Treat 67 cases, 125 eyes of optic neuritis with Xiaoyaosan,adjust the dose according to the specific situation of patients and observe clinical effect.Results：102 eyes in excellence group, of which optic disc hyperemia and edema subsided, visual acuity≥0.8, and visual field closed to normal.23 eyes in effective group, of which optic disc hyperemia and edema relieved, visual acuity ≥0.4, and visual field partial recovered.Total effective rate reach to 100%.Conclusion：There was significant effect in treating optic neuritis with differential treatment of Xiaoyaosan according to specific situation of patients.
