我国市政污泥处理现状与发展探析

摘要 我国市政污泥量每年至少140万吨(干泥),超过50%未经消化处理,已给环境带来严重污染。目前,国内采用的处理技术主要为生物处理,其中包括厌氧和好氧消化。列举各种工艺优劣势。综述深井曝气污泥好氧消化工艺的流程及性能表现:系统超过50%的氧气利用率;去除1kg挥发性有机固体耗电小于1.4kW.h,对于城市污水而言,相当于每m3水耗电0.06kW.h;占地面积仅为传统污泥处理工艺的10%~20%。可作为我国中小型污水处理厂和原有老厂增建污泥处理系统的合适选择。 There is at least 1.4 billion tons dry municipal sludge every year in China.More than a half without any digestion treatment before final disposal.The raw sludge has bought in a serious environmental pollution.Nowadays,China mainly adopted biological process which included anaerobic and aerobic digestion to treat municipal sludge.This paper listed the advantages and disadvantages of some processes respectively.And summarized the aerobic deep shaft sludge digestion process' flow sheet and performance: the oxygen transfer rate excess 50%;remove 1kg VS with energy consumption lower than 1.4kW·hr,equals 0.06kW·hr to treat every cubic meter municipal wastewater;The footprint of deep shaft digestion is just about 10%~20% of conventional process.It can be a good choice in small and medium size WWTP and retrofit for facilities that require additional capacity.
