摘要 将脂肪酸甲酯与不同摩尔分数的醇胺制备成烷醇酰胺衍生物,测定贮存稳定性及其水乳液的稳定性,同时考察其加脂性能。结果表明,以合适摩尔比的醇胺混合物制成的烷醇酰胺衍生物流动性能良好,易乳化,储存稳定;乳液对10%栲胶溶液、10%硫酸铬钾溶液、0.1mol/L盐酸溶液、0.1mol/L氢氧化铵溶液稳定;加脂后的坯革撕裂强度为9.622N/mm、抗张强度为3.645N/mm2、断裂伸长率为89.801%;加脂后的坯革柔软、丰满,有弹性,耐热老化性能优良。 Fatty acid methyl ester was amidated with different molar fraction of alcoholamine, then esterized with maleic anhydride and sulfitated with sodium sulfite. Therefore the derivatives alkanomides were obtained. Their properties such as fluidity, emulsifiability, storage stability and application performances were tested. The results showed that the derivative alkanolamide ,which was made by fatty acid methyl ester with some specific alcoholamine mixtures, was easy flowing, emulsifing and storage stable; and its emulsion was stable in 10% tannin solution, 10% chromium potassium sulfate solution, 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid, 0.1 mol/L ammonium hydroxide with this derivative alkanolamide was 9.622 N/mm, and extension at breaking was 89.801%; and the fatliquored solution; the tear strength of the crust fatliquored the tensile strength was 3.645 N/mm^2, the rate of leather was soft, plump and flexible, and thermal age resistant.
