以纸夹零件为例,Moldflow、Pro/E等软件为平台,分析了塑料成形收缩的特性及产品功能性的要求,阐述了材料的收缩率及内应力与模具结构尺寸的关系。成功利用了塑料成形收缩特性,实现了塑料的成形收缩特性对于产品零件功能性设计的应用。

Taking a paper clip part as an example,the product shrinkage and the function requirement are analyzed by Moldflow.The relationship between material shrinkage,internal stress and the mold structure is described.The characteristics of the material shrinkage are considered in the functional design of the product.
