摘要
模具的形状各异,在数控加工编程中,零件的加工程序复杂、各点的计算困难,造成加工误差增大。介绍了模具数控加工中的编程指令,通过实例讲解了编程技巧的使用过程,该技巧可以简化编程工作、提高工作效率。
Due to the complex geometry of the mold,it＇s difficult to design the processing program and calculate the positions of the points in NC programming which leads to the dimension deviation of the die the manufacturing process.In this article,the commands in NC programming for mold manufacturing and several programming techniques are introduced.By using these techniques,the programming process is simplified and its efficiency is improved.
