摘要
通过介绍FANUC 0i系统铣削加工标准宏程序,拟以其模块化数学模型,标准变量编程,语句最简单,优化变量设置,有效解决内外圆柱、内外圆锥、内外柱螺纹及球面的铣削加工,以通用性、实用性为其主要特征。实现了编程快捷、程序简便、节省工时,充分发挥了机床控制系统的功能。
A general macro program for FANUC 0i system is designed with the features of generality and practicability.By applying modularized mathematic model,standard variables,simplified description,optimized variable configuration,the milling and machining program of column,screw,cone and sphere are written.By using this standard program,the programming process is shortened and the function of machine could be utilized completely.
