摘要
通过对帝豪某款机盖外板拉深模具机加工数据非等料厚间隙数据修改。按照料厚变化后的数据加工拉深模具。不用钳工大量的时间进行间隙延配就能达到合理的研合率要求及冲压质量要求。从而缩短模具的开发周期和降低钳工作业时间。
In the process of machining the deep drawing mold for an EMGRAND part with an NC machine,the processing program is modified according to the thickness change of the material.Therefore,the mold manufacturing period is shortened while the spotting rate and quality requirement of the product have reached the standard.
