摘要
提出利用压电发电装置替代电池为汽车轮胎压力监视系统(TPMS)提供实时电能,在分析了压电振子安装方式、固有频率及车速对压电发电装置发电能力影响的基础上,设计了一款适合安装在车轮毂上的压电发电装置,并对其发电性能进行了试验分析和理论计算,结果表明,压电振子在既垂直于轮毂又垂直于车轮滚动方向的安装方式下,利用两片不同固有频率的悬臂梁型压电振子制作的压电发电装置产生的电能满足汽车轮胎压力监视系统(TPMS)的供电要求。
A piezoelectric electrical-energy generator was presented to provide endless and real-time electrical energy for TPMS.According to the analysis of the mode of installation of TPMS,and the frequency of piezoelectric vibrator as well as the speed of the car,piezoelectric electrical-energy generator was designed,and the generating performance of piezoelectric generator was studied by experimental analysis and theoretical calculation.The results show that piezoelectric generator manufactured by tow different frequency piezoelectric cantilever vibrators which are vertical with wheel hub and the direction of the roll of wheel can power the TPMS.
