摘要
论述了光能量转换系统,将太阳能转换成电能并存储在蓄电池里,通过控制将转换的能量传输给负载;通过数据的采集和处理为负载的能量分配、系统的能耗、效率等参数的计算提供依据。设计了基于单片机为主控芯片的数据采集与处理模块系统,通过采集电压、电流、温度、湿度和光强度数据,以模拟信号或是数字信号的形式传输到C8051F040单片机中,并在液晶显示屏上显示出来。实验结果表明,该系统有良好的采集数据精度和可靠性,运行功耗低,具有极高的工业实际应用价值。
The paper introduced the photoelectric energy conversion system,which converted the solar energy into electricity and stored it in battery,sending the energy to the loads by controlling model.The system provided evidences for the energy distribution of loads,the energy consumption of system and the calculation of efficiency parameters through data collection and processing.The C8051F040 Single chip micro-computer was applied for the main chip,collecting voltage,current,temperature,humidity and light strength.These data were sent to the C8051F040 in terms of analog signal and digital signal,displaying on the LCD.The result showed that this converter had excellent accuracy of data collection,characterized by good reliability and lower power loss with high value of industrial application.
