摘要
社区全科团队是社区卫生人力资源的重要组成部分,当前社区全科团队的架构已经构建完毕,但是团队工作内容流于形式,团队成员职责不明确,工作有交叉,社区内医疗、护理以及预防保健等卫生服务人员的数量和比例没有统一的配置标准等问题较为突出,影响了团队成员之间的协作。本研究以工作分析方法为基础,提出解决定岗、定编、定员等问题的具体对策,为社区全科团队人力资源合理配置提供理论依据。
Community general practice service team is an important component of community human resource.The architecture of community general practice service team has already been achieved now.However,the work content of the team is not so good,the tasks of the team members are not clear,and there is not unified standard for the number and scale of the team members for doctors,nurses and workers for prevention and health care services.These problems influence the cooperation among the team members.This paper,based on job analysis,proposes some advices which can solve the problems in establishment of position,arrangement and staffing,and thus provide important evidence for the reasonable human resource allocation of community general practice service team.
