摘要
鉴于7m大型焦炉与其它焦炉在焦炭质量管理上存在一定的差别,从配煤系统管理、炉体结构、炼焦生产管理、热工管理以及干熄焦管理等几个方面对提高7m焦炉焦炭质量进行了实践性研究。指出7m焦炉的焦炭质量管理是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及指标多范围广,各项指标相互联系、相互制约,只有对整个工艺过程进行优化,才能整体提高焦炭的质量。
There are some differences in the management of coke quality among 7 meters large oven and other coke ovens.The research on improving the coke quality was conducted from blending system,boiler structure,coking,thermal and CDQ management.The results showed that coke quality management of 7 m coke oven was a complicated system,which related many indicators and a wide range,and the index linked mutual restraint.The overall quality of coke would improve only by optimizing the entire process.
