社区参与生态旅游管理的意识与能力探讨——以怀化中坡国家森林公园为例

Discussion on Awareness and Ability of Community Participating in Eco-tourism Management from Zhongpo National Forest Park, Huaihua City

通过对中坡国家森林公园社区居民参与旅游管理意识和能力的分析可以看出,公园居民从参与生态旅游中获得的经济、社会和政治文化的效益比较小,其原因主要是社区参与层次低,社区居民没有能够从心理、文化、经济等多方位参与到景区内开展的生态旅游活动去中。当前最好的解决办法,就是加强教育,提高居民的文化素质,这是增强居民参与能力的最好办法。

The analysis of the community residents participating in the awareness and ability of tourism management of Zhongpo National Forest Park, Huaihua City, shows that the residents earn smaller economic, social, political, and cultural benefits from eco-tourism due to low-level community participation. The community residents are unable to participate in the eco-tourism activities from the aspects of psychology, culture, and economy, etc. The best solution to increase their participation is to strengthen training to improve the residents＇ cultural quality.
