重症药疹38例临床护理

目的:探讨重症药疹的护理要点和方法。方法:进行激素治疗护理以及皮肤、粘膜、饮食、心理健康教育等进行临床护理干预。结果:38例重症药疹患者通过激素治疗和各种护理措施,粘膜糜烂治愈时间、躯干四肢皮疹治愈时间、肝功能恢复时间明显缩短。结论:重症药疹患者早期、足量应用大剂量激素治疗和有效的综合护理,可缩短病程,提高治愈率,降低死亡率,对患者早日康复至关重要。

Objective： To investigate the nurses＇ emphasis and methods of severe drug eruption. Method： 38 eases of severe drug eruption who carried on the hormone treatment applied clinical nurses intervention, including the skin, the muftis membrane, the diet, the psychologically healthy education and so on Results： All patients with severe drug eruption were cared both nursing measure and the hormone treatment, whose curing time of mucosal erosion, efflorescence of trunk and limbs, function of renal and liver obviously was shorten. Conclusion： The patients of severe drug eruption with treatment of the pristine, full quantity application of large dose hormone and the effective synthesis nurse, may reduce course of disease, increase curing rates, degrade the mortality rates, and promote the restoration of patients from the heavy sickness.
