摘要
针对甘肃武威地区的粉质粘土用于路基时进行了填筑工艺试验,对填料的含水率、虚铺厚度、碾压工艺等参数进行了试验结果分析,结果表明,现场施工时的最佳含水率要求接近填料的最优含水率,当超过最优含水率较大时难以压实;合理的虚铺厚度为30 cm^35 cm;对于20 t压路机,合理的碾压工艺为1静+1弱+(4~5)强+1静。
Focusing on the experiment of filling construction technology on the roadbed used by the silty clay on Gansu Wuwei area. It analyzes the experiment results on the moisture content of fillers, the filling thickness, roller-pressing technology. The result shows that the best moisture content requirement approaches the best moisture rate on the construction. When it is beyond the best moisture rate, it is difficlty of compaction. The reasonable filling thickness is 30 cm--35 cm, for the 20 t road roller, the reasonable roller-pressing technology is 1 clamness+ 1 softness+ (4--5) strength+ 1 clamness.
