根据泗许高速公路现有的建设和营运模式,指出诸多不合理之处,鉴于此提出两种解决方案,通过对比分析得出了最优方案,以期较大幅度降低建设投资,减少营运费用支出。

According to present construction and operating mode of Si-Xu highway, it points out many unreasonable points, and proposes two solutions. Through analysis and comparison, it obtains optimal program, so as to considerably low down construction investment and reduce operating expense.
