结合深圳地铁二号线2202标段盾构工程中盾构辅助设备的购置选型和一线使用过程中辅助设备易出现的故障问题,分析了电瓶机车、龙门吊、搅拌站、通风设备、水循环设备等盾构辅助设备的机型、基本配置技术特点、性能以及保养重点,为后期盾构后续辅助设备的购置提供了技术方案,规避因选型不当造成的盾构掘进效率低下的风险。

It analyzes the machine type, the basic distribution technology characters, the performance and the key points of maintenance on battery locomotive, gantry crane, mixing plant, ventilating equipment, water circulating equipment and other assistant equipment. To provide the technology scheme of the shield assistant equipment at latter period and avoid the lower ef- ficiency of shield excavation for the wrong selection.
