摘要
改革工资管理模式,不仅可以进一步增强事业单位的活力,还会大大增强事业单位职工工作的积极性。结合实际,针对这一问题进行了论述。
Reforming the salary management system,not only could further enhance the vitality of institutions,but also greatly enhance the work enthusiasm of employees in public institutions. Combined with reality, this problem is discussed.
