摘要
随着石油开采技术的不断优化和完善,管理策略在油气资源方面发挥越来越大的作用,必将形成高速、低成本开发油气资源的一条创新之路——价值工程之路。本文主要结合价值工程在石油工程项目管理中的应用进行分析。
With the continuous optimization and perfection of oil extraction technology, management strategy plays an increasing role in the oil and gas resources, which will become a new road for high-speed, low-cost development of oil and gas resources the road of value engineering. In this paper, the application of value engineering in petroleum engineering project management is analyzed.
