混凝土外加剂是在混凝土(包括砂浆、净浆)拌和时掺入的一种能对混凝土的正常性能按施工要求而改性的精细化工产品,其掺量一般不大于水泥生理的5%(特殊情况除外)。
The concrete admixture is the mixing concrete （including mortar, cement paste） or added a fine chemical product could be modified according to the normal performance construction requirements, mixing is generally not greater than the physiological 5% （except in exceptional circumstances）.
