Teaching is the most important work in colleges. Training of the talents is the basic duty in colleges. Educational information and digital teaching are based on the thorough construction of digital and systematical teaching environment. The main purpose of network teaching platform is to accomplish teaching and information resources sharing. This paper explains the new trend of the application and development of network teaching platform, aiming at providing space and base for communication, development of innovation of colleges and universities, and cultivation of creative personnel.
