Present Application Situation and Problems of CAD Technology in Agricultural Machinery Industry

在机械制造业,CAD技术已非常广泛的运用到各个领域,但农业机械领域却还停留在初级阶段,即基于手工,如通过实物、模型、图纸及样板等来完成农业机械车身设计方法的整个过程,并未运用到CAD现代设计方法。目前国外农业机械公司已开始启动CAD现代技术方法,而国内农业机械公司仍存在设计质量不够精确,设计周期过长等问题,所以针对这种行业竞争现状,我国农业机械公司更亟待着CAD技术的全面运用。

In machinery manufacturing industry, CAD technology has been very widely applied to various fields. But agricultural machinery still remains an the primary stage, which based on handwork such as objects, models and drawings and samples to complete the whole process of agricultural machinery body design method without using the modern CAD design method. At present, foreign agricultural machinery companies have started to use CAD modern technology, while problems such as not precise enough, long design cycle still exist in domestic agricultural machinery companies. Basing on the present industry competition, it is urgent for China＇s agricultural machinery companies＇ overall application of CAD technology .
