摘要 本文针对风电偏航轴承、变桨轴承的性能特点,按照风机受力载荷谱,模拟风机轴向和径向受力特点进行加载,从而实现对特大型偏航、变桨轴承的寿命和冲击性能进行试验,并由此验证轴承设计和制造是否符合风电场实际应用要求。结果证明,本文采用的试验方法和装置能够有效地模拟轴承实际受力工况,具有较强的创新和实用性,填补国内空白,并在国际上处于相对领先地位。 Based on the performance characteristics of bearing wind yaw and pitch bearing, in accordance with the blower forces the load spectrum, the paper describes the simulation fan axial and radial force characteristics of the load, enabling the tests on large yaw, pitch bearings life and impact performance,and thus verify whether the design and manufacture of bearing in accord with wind practical applications. The results show that this test method and device could effectively simulate the actual bearing stress conditions, with a strong creative and practical feature,filling the gaps domestically, and at a relatively leading position internationally.
