在低压配电系统中,如果设计、选择不当,就会造成事故和损失。只有选择参数合适、适用的RCD,才能防患于未然。现对低压配电系统接地和接零保护进行简要论述。
In the low-voltage distribution system the risk, if poorly designed or not properly selected, it will cause accidents and loss. Only selection of proper parameters and applicable RCD could we nip in the bud. The paper discusses the low-voltage distribution system earthing and the neutral protection.
