Cyclin D_1蛋白的过度表达与喉鳞癌患者的预后

The overexpression of protein Cyclin D1 correlates\= with the prognosis of laryngeal squamous \=cell carcinomas patients

本研究采用免疫组化（ＡＢＣ）法，检测４３例喉鳞癌手术标本中ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１蛋白过度表达的情况，其阳性率为６９．８％。再者ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１蛋白过度表达与肿瘤的Ｔ分期，肿瘤的病理分级，淋巴结转移和肿瘤患者的５年生存期密切相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），与肿瘤的原发部位无明显的相关性。结果提示：在临床应用中有可能将ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１蛋白过度表达程度作为判断喉鳞癌患者预后的一项指标，也能为更好地设计患者的治疗计划提供建设性的参考依据。

Abstract By ABC immunohistochemical technique,the overexpression of protein Cyclin D1 was studied in 43 laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas (LSCC) patients.The overexpression of protein Cyclin D1 was found in 30 of 43 (698%).There was a significant correlation among overexpression of protein Cyclin D1 with T stage,histological grade,lymph node metastases,5 year survived (P<001).It did not correlate with site of tumour.The result indicated that the overexpression of protein Cyclin D1 might be a useful indicator of prognosis and it would be a reference of the treatment of LSCC patients.
