摘要
为探讨成纤维细胞生长因子（ｆｉｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔｇｒｏｗｔｈｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＦＧＦ）在鼻息肉组织中的表达及其与鼻息肉上皮细胞增殖之间的关系，将２６例鼻息肉标本及１４例下鼻甲标本行ＦＧＦ和增殖细胞抗原（ｐｒｏ－ｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇｃｅｌｎｕｃｌｅａｒａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＰＣＮＡ）的免疫组化染色，光镜观察，结果发现ＰＣＮＡ在鼻息肉组的阳性率（７８．６％）显著高于下鼻甲组（０．０％），ＦＧＦ在鼻息肉组的上皮及腺体的阳性表达率明显高于下鼻甲组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１），且二者的表达具有显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。我们推测ＦＧＦ对鼻息肉上皮及腺体细胞的增殖具有促进作用并参与鼻息肉的形成。
Abstract The expressions of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) and proliferating cell nuclear
antigen (PCNA) in nasal polyps (26 patients) and inferior turbinates (14 persons how are
abnormal death) were determined by immunohistochemistry method.Result showed that the
positive rate of PCNA was 846% (22/26) in group of polyp,00% in group of inferior turbinate.The
positive rate of FGF was 858327,744701,and 348543 in epithelium,gland cells,and blood
vessel,respectively on group of polyp,and 296470,128333,and 273509 in epithelium,gland
cells,and blood vessel,respectively on the group of inferior turbinate.There were significantly
different between group of polyp and group of inferior turbinate (P<001,P<0001) in the
epithelium and gland cells.The result of comparison in expressions of FGF and PCNA showed
positive correlation (P<001).The results indicated that the FGF might play a key rale in epithelial
cell proliferation in nasal polyps.\=
