食物中补充L-Arg对高胆固醇血症兔血浆cGMP及TXB_2的影响

Effect of L-Arg Feed in Diet on the Concertration of cGMP and TXB_2 in Hypercholesrolemic Rabbits

成年雄性新西兰兔分别用普通饲料、高胆固醇饲料、高胆固醇与左旋精氨酸混合饲料饲养10周，检测其血浆中cGMP及TXB2的含量变化。结果显示L－Arg明显增高cGMP含量（P＜0．01），降低血浆TXB2含量．（P＜005）。表明补充L－Arg使机体NO含量增高．抑制血小板聚集，此作用可能对其抗As具有重要意义。

Adult male New Zealand rabbits were divided into three groups: normal, cbolesterol and cholesterol+L-Arginine, it was 10 weeks after being feed. the concertration of cGMP and TXB2 in rabbits were derternlined. The resuls showed that the level of cGMP in plasma were significantly higher (P<0. 01). and TXB2 lower (P<0. 05). It is suggested that the concertration of NO can be increased by fooding LArginine. the platelet aggregation function decreased, which is play an important role in inhibition of As.
