孕妇和新生儿碘缺乏病研究Ⅳ.孕期尿碘变化规律初探

A study on iodine deficiency in pregnant women and newborns. IV on changing of urine iodine in pregnancy.

本文采用硫酸铈法测定了６１０５例孕妇的尿碘。孕周与平均尿碘间服从于ｂ２＞０的抛物线方程；孕周与缺碘频率间服从于ｂ２＜０的抛物线方程。结果揭示了孕期尿碘变化规律，为本地区缺碘孕妇期补碘的剂量、时间的掌握提供了依据。

We determined urine iodine of 6105 pregnant women with cerous sulfate reducing reaction.The expreriment revealed that the relation between pregnant weeks and the level of urine iodine was presented by parabola equation(b2<0),and the relation between pregnant weeks and the rate of iodine deficiency could be presented by parabola equation(b2<0).The results pointed out the changing laws of urine iodine during pregnant weeks.And the results provided the evidences to supply iodine correctly on dose and time for those pregnant women who was short of iodine.
