A Research on Building a Service-oriented Government:A Case Study of Guangzhou in Furthering the Reform of Administrative Approval System

深化行政审批制度改革,对于加快转变政府职能,建设服务型政府,预防腐败,具有重要意义。近年来广州市加大行政审批制度改革的力度,削减一大批行政审批项目,取得了一定的成效。但行政审批制度改革仍有一些亟待解决的问题,需要我们不断地探索和完善。

The deepening of the reform of administrative approval system is of great significance in speeding up the transition of government functions,building a service-oriented government and preventing corruption.In recent years,Guangzhou has furthered the reform of administrative approval system and curtailed a large amount of administrative approval projects with certain effects.However,there are still some issues concerning the administrative approval system which need exploration and perfection.
